Shipping & Returns

At Black & Dane, all of our products have been selected because of their quality and because they are made to last. We hope that you love your product but if for any reason you are not happy, please contact us either by email :, or phone : 0210509042, within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to discuss your needs.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
We are happy to exchange an item for another of the same style. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and will also be responsible for the extra cost to cover the exchanged item to be shipped out. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
